Inspirations Studio is a ceramic-based program for women and gender diverse people who have experienced first-hand the impacts of poverty, marginalization, mental health, and/or houselessness, and are on Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program. The program is intended for those who are interested in the arts and would like to learn pottery as a creative outlet and as a way to earn supplemental income. Involvement in the studio starts with an eight week pottery course, after which women can apply to become members.
Inspirations provides studio access, storefront selling opportunities and arts education for women and gender diverse people who have experienced marginalization.
